I hope you found the solution. If not, heres my take on it:
CadInt only shows schematic and PCB symbols that are available. For a symbol to be available it has to be in one of the libraries that are ticked off.
Startt by checking the Part Reference. Is it available in a library in the list? And if so, is the checkbox next to the library ticked off? If yes, move on the the PCB-symbol ans Sch-symbol and do the same checks there.
On install 4.50 reset my list of libraries. Very annoying! The lack of updated documentation is also an issue...
